James really takes time to understand the requirements of his clients and to build a good relationship with them. He was always very punctual with replies to both emails and calls and nothing was too much for James, including helping to push through my purchase when it stalled and seemed unlikely. When buying my previous properties, I did not consider using a broker but now I would not consider buying another without employing the services of JRM Mortgage Solutions; they were first class in every way! Without them, I do not believe I would have completed on my new home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
