I honestly can't recommend James highly enough. He's been massively helpful and responsive throughout my house buying process.My plans unexpectedly changed several times, and James was on hand every time to provide updated mortgage options and advice. I don't think I ever had to wait more than an hour or two for a response to an email.Wouldn't hesitate in recommending and using him again.

High highly recommend! This is the second time for us using James as he was amazing with our first mortgage. He continues to be incredible and highly professional with what he does. He's also very friendly and explains the jargon and confusing points so they're easy to understand. He arranged life and critical illness cover for us, but ensured it was only what we needed and not breaking the bank with an unnecessary over spend! And!
